pre help for price fields not exposed to UI.

            Description

            I see we have a db field for help_pre in civicrm_price_fields. But there is no way to enter pre-help text from the UI. Add/Edit Price Field form shows "Field Help" textarea which act as a post help - http://dmaster.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/price/field?reset=1&action=add&sid=11

             

            Note sure if anyone has already seen/raised this - but we surely don't have a fix merged in core.
