Delineate between email and SMS templates on Message Templates page

      Description

      Currently the Message Templates shows all templates, regardless of whether they're an SMS template (designated by the is_sms column in the table) or not.

      There is no way to filter, tell if a template is SMS or not, or create a new SMS template.

      Editing an SMS template allows you to enter a subject line and HTML body, which is confusing as SMS templates don't use these.

      I'd suggest we either:

      • Exclude SMS templates from this page
      • Add categorisation so you can see SMS templates separate from email (either in a separate section, new page, or new column), and modify the UI so that editing SMS templates only shows relevant fields
