Description
In the 4.7.23 RC I have just experienced an issue where $is_pay_later is TRUE on a completed pay later receipt when I go to re-receipt it, leading to wrong text. I'm not sure when this changed (I assume it did at some point & I haven't been sending incorrect receipts all along). However, I also think that $is_pay_later can be trivially true for a contribution, but if the status is Completed then that changes what one would do with that information. This issue just covers adding the $contributionStatus to the contribution
