Credit card type icons are incorrectly populated on backoffice live mode

Steps to replicate :
1. Create Payment Processor that support credit card payment
2. Select one or two accepted Credit card types and then submit.
3. Set the created payment processor (say name - PP) as default
4. Go to 'Submit Credit Card Contribution' form

Bug : Payment processor field is set to PP by default. But the all the card type icons are populated on billing block. However switching payment processors show correct number of card type icons. This worked fine in online contribution page but affects only backoffice form on live mode.
