            Description

            Replicate on dmaster by -

            1. Add Email - billing to Name and Address Profile - http://dmaster.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/uf/group/field?reset=1&action=browse&gid=1
            2. Add this profile to a contribution page. Eg - http://dmaster.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/contribute/custom?reset=1&action=update&id=1
            3. Open live page - Notice that two `email-5` fields are present on this page.
