            Description

            The compose SMS screen for CiviSMS allows you to enter a message of up to XXX characters. However, if more than 160 are entered, attempting to send the SMS will fail with a Twilio API error.

            Research suggests the extension needs to be updated to use the message endpoint instead of the deprecated SMS endpoint. This should hopefully be trivial, as the extensions uses the official PHP library.
