Minor improvement to display of columns in Survey Details report

When displaying the Campaign Survey Details report, the fields are shown in a non-intuitive order.

First, you get the contact fields you have chosen, then you get the survey activity fields, then you get the contact address fields, then you get fields from the specific survey question.

It would be an improvement to get all the contact related fields first, followed by the survey fields.
