Acceptance Criteria:
1. We need a upper dashlet "Case Summary" taking up full width (leave some margins as per design)
2. In the dashlet header, it should show one step per case status enabled with number of cases in that status shown as a count on top of status name.
3. A "See breakdown by type" link should be presented underneath the dashlet title. It should have a right caret by default but change to downward caret when clicked to expand.
4. When "See breakdown by type" link is clicked, the dashlet should expand to show one pipeline per case type (has case) with:
- Case type names shown as row headers with count of the cases of that type (to update in design)
- Count of case of that type with the relevant status as a number on the status column
- Step in any pipeline that does not have any case should be greyed out as per design.
5. Clicking on any count (status column header, case type row header and pipeline steps) should take user to caselist table view with the filtered results pre-populated
6. Clicking on the expanded "See breakdown by type" link will collapse the pipelines and restore the link caret to right.
