1. Followup activities work as expected per previous core behaviour
2. Followup activities by default is shown as per other activities cards in activity feed
3. When display option "Show followup activity inline" is enabled, followup activities should be listed under the original activity. the followup activities should indent and show activity due date. See screenshot.
