Add credit card type field in batches transaction details view.

Changes done to introduce "card type" seem pretty good, thorough, and for the most part would allow at least one customer to circumvent CRM-21144.

However, some areas stopping this customer from using it as opposed to the workaround that they had implemented (and that is documented in CRM-21144) is the ability to include the "card type" (and potentially the truncated PAN), in the following views as well:

• batch transaction details
• contribution detail view
• in receipts, by including it in the template assignable values (along with payment instrument).
