Updating Partially paid contribution to Completed doesn't update membership

In case a membership amount is partially paid after a pay later contribution, the membership is not updated to new/current etc (based on membership status rules.) if payment is set to completed.

To re-create-

• Create a membership using pay later.
• Update this contribution from Pending to Partially Paid.
• Update again from Partially paid to Completed.
• Membership remain in pending status and is not updated to New.
