Description
To replicate:
1. Create 2 contacts
Contact 1
F name = Pradeep
L name = Nayak
email = pradeep.nayak@jmaconsulting.biz
Group = Test
Contact 2
F name = pradeep
L name = nayak
email = pradeep.nayak@jmaconsulting.biz
Group = Test
2. Create General Dedupe rule like below(Screen Shot 2017-09-20 at 5.11.09 AM.png)
3. use the dedupe rule created at #2 to merge contact from group = Test
4. select the contact and click on 'Batch merge selected Duplicates'
5. once the batch is processed and returned to list page we get error as shown in the image (multipleediterror.png)
