"Scheduled Jobs" page accidentally re-runs jobs

The "Scheduled Jobs" page has a rather nasty behaviour: if you run a job manually, this is reflected in the URL. The problem with this is, that this can make the user accidentally re-run the job multiple times, e.g. when:

• Reloading the page
• Reloading the page after a timeout (will make it run into the same timeout again)
• Browser navigation, e.g. using the back button
• The browser's "Clone Tab" function might trigger a reload as well

Depending on the job you're running, this can have unexpected, sometimes serious consequences.
