Error when downloading document from case activity

            1. Go to Search > Find Contacts or Search > Advanced Search
            2. Enter your search criteria and click Search
            3. Select the contact with open cases
            4. Go to Cases tab
            5. Click on any case to view it in detail
            6. Click on +Activity button in the header
            7. Choose 'Print/Merge Document'
            8. Select template in Use Template field
            9. Scroll down the modal and click on the 'Download document' button
            10. 'When recordGeneratedLetters=combined-attached, there should only be one activity' error appears (see error_for_downloading_document.png)
