            In the latest civicrm_country.tpl file:
            https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-core/blob/master/xml/templates/civicrm_state_province.tpl
            there are missing french overseas departments like:

            • Wallis-et-Futuna
            • Nouvelle-Calédonie
