            Description

            The recent issue here: https://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-20990 adds the contribution status to the receipt variables, which is great.

            But there are at least two cases where this status should be displayed on the receipt, and are not:

            1. A pay later receipt
            2. A recurring contribution with a start date in the future.

            So I think we should also add the contribution status to the default receipt template, unless there are specific cases where having this would be wrong or misleading.
