When doing a batch merge from find contacts the batch merge screen implements 'is_selected' erroneously

            Description

            When loading a page of deduplicates & choosing to batch merge (not batch merge selected) the results screen should not only show those with is_selected flagged. is_selected is appropriate if the chosen option was to 'merge selected'
