            Description

            Steps to replicate:

            ------------------------

            1. Configure a contribution page for membership
            2. Create "On Behalf Of Organization" profile with membership fields
            3. Membership fields are suppressed on the main form.

            This hinders in collecting any membership data (custom fields)
