Steps to replicate:

In localisation setting, use comma as Decimal Delimiter
On thank you page the contribution fails with following error
Sorry, due to an error, we are unable to fulfill your request at the moment. You may want to contact your administrator or service provider with more details about what action you were performing when this occurred.
Failed to update contribution in database
This happens because the fee amount is hard coded with decimal point. Use whole number instead.
