Contact deceased date does not respect the localisation date format

            Description

            Tested on the dmaster demo site:

            • on a contact record, set a deceased date
            • it will display in ISO-8601/standard format (2017-10-31), instead of the US format (31/10/2017).
            • when editing the field, it is shown in the US format.
