View links for activities with disabled types are missing in selector

      When an activity type is disabled, the details of activities of those types are unable to be viewed because the "view | edit | delete" links for these activities have been reduced to only "delete" with "view" and "edit" removed.

      Contact records show activities of disabled activity types, but the "view" link beside the activity is unavailable.

      All activities and their components should be visible unless deleted.

      Contact record shows activities of all activity types with the ability to view, but not edit, them.

      When an activity type is disabled, the details of activities of those types are unable to be viewed because the "view | edit | delete" links for these activities have been reduced to only "delete" with "view" and "edit" removed.

      This seems problematic as the details of these activities should still be viewable. The functionality of viewing these details exists if one manually creates a url to view one of the disabled activity type activities, but this is an unwieldy process for viewing activities of a disable activity type.

       

      This problem looks similar, but with different functionality assumptions, to CRM-19987
