Ensure that tests run using ONLY_FULL_GROUP_BY sql_mode for mysql 5.7

            Description

            At present when running unit tests we manually set the sqlmode to strict_trans_tables. However in 5.7 one of the default sqlmodes is ONLY_FULL_GROUP_BY. We should test using it to ensure that the test suite is working against more of standard mysql 5.7 set up
