            Description

            As far as I know, the current permission to send SMSs with the Twilio Extension, is "Edit all Contacts", which is much too permissive.

            I would like :

            • either a specific "Send SMSs" permission,
            • or have this permission merged into "Access CiviMail" permission (which is somehow similar)
