            Description

            NOTE: We may need additional APIs for this integration - pending feedback from Gerhard. For now, we know we'll need the following to be implemented.

            Implement the APIs listed below, and for each API - review and update the Public API documentation (http://objectledge.org/confluence/display/CRM/CRM+Public+APIs )and the Data Model documentation (http://objectledge.org/confluence/display/CRM/Data+Model) as needed to reflect the current schema and methods.
