Add in static var on contribution thank you page to hold trxn id

When using hook_build_Form on the contribution/membership thank you page it appears impossible to access the trxn_id which is important for GA e-commerce tracking. Looking at the event thank you page there is a static var there and makes sense to keep it consistent
