Overview:'Current Member' search field does not work
-
How it works currently:allows current members to be shown
-
How it should work:not allow current members to be shown
-
Acceptance Criteria:current users are not displayed in a search for "Current User: NO"
Description
When using adv search, under Memberships section, there is a field "Current Member", but searching using the settings:
membership>current member = NO
gives results that include contacts with active memberships. It seems to give a result if the contact has an inactive membership, and does not take into account an active membership of a different type.
To Reproduce:
- do an advanced contact search for membership > Current Member = NO
- take top result and create a membership for the contact of a different type to the inactive membership
- redo the search
the contact is now a current member, but shows under a search for "current member? = NO"
This doesn't seem right, and makes it difficult for organisations to send out a "we haven't seen you for a while" email...
