CiviMail: Report screen does not display Delivery Summary values

      Description

      It seems we somehow managed to break CiviMail's report screen in 1.8; after sending a mailing, The Delivery Summary fieldset (top box) is missing "values" for the following summary buckets:

      • Intended Recipients
      • Click-throughs
      • Forwards
        *Replies

      Each row SHOULD have a count and or a percentage value - even it it's 0.

      1. Send a mailing to two of your email addresses.
      2. Open one of the emails (so it gets recored as opened), click some links.
      3. The Delivery Report screen does not display proper values.
