            When editing a contribution record on which taxes have been applied, the financial type is being adjusted and the sales tax is being automatically discounted.

            A contribution record is made with successful taxes applied.
            That contribution record is edited, for example, to add a note.
            After the edited record is saved, a discount of the tax amount is immediately applied.

            When editing a contribution record on which taxes have been applied, the financial type is being adjusted and the sales tax is being automatically discounted.

            Creating a new event registration with payment of $1 with $0.11 in tax, a total of $1.11
