Saving Draft in Print/Merge action is broken

            Description

            On Find Cases from bulk Actions (Find Case -> Select few cases -> Actions -> Print/Merge Document -> Add some details -> Save Draft)

            Or on a Individual case  (Manage Cases -> Click on a individual case -> Print/Merge Document -> Add some details -> Save Draft)

            after clicking on Save Draft it throws "Contact Id is required for view action." error:
