            Description

            Notice: Undefined index: formatType in CRM_Utils_Date::addDateMetadataToField() (line 1806 of /Users/pradeep/Sites/drupal-7.56/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Utils/Date.php).

            We encountered in this while rendering grant fields in a profile. Currently its not possible to add Grant fields in a profile, but via Grant Application extension developed by JMA it is possible to have grant fields available in profile.
