Provide ability to delete first website field

Steps to replicate:
-------------------------

1. Create a contact with multiple website fields
2. Do an inline edit/edit, trash icon or link appears in front of all but first row.

There should be no reason for not deleting the first one -this may have been a continuation of what we do for other fields (im/phone/email etc) since the first row in those cases is primary.

For website there is no 'primary' field so safe to have the icon/link.
