Florida, and Florida, Puerto Rico both display as "Florida" under state / region slector

            Description

            In the state/providence selector for custom fields, both Florida from the contiguous US and Florida, Puerto Rico both appear as two options: "Florida" and "Florida". Perhaps one of them should be display as "Florida, Puerto Rico".
