Production contribution page doesn't load with payment methods

            Description

            After upgrading from 4.7.28 to 4.7.29, I got an error on the contribution page when clicking on "Production page" (/civicrm/contribute/transact?reset=1&id=1), when I disable any payment methods (/civicrm/admin/contribute/amount?reset=1&action=update&id=1) OR I revert codebase to 4.7.28 the contribution page loads.
