Custom number field defaults to 0 for particpant, when none set

            Custom number field should be empty on save, if no default value has been set under custom field, and the user does not submit a value.

            Description

            Tested locally, and on demo site. To reproduce:

            • Create custom field set for participant
            • Add number field, set default as blank
            • Edit participant, leaving custom number field black
            • On save, the field will be set to 0.
