            Description

            Refactor KCFinder for better performance when browsing files so that image thumbnails are not re-generated each and every time any CiviCRM user opens the file browser. If you have two users on the same CiviCRM site and 300 to 400 images, that's a lot of "thumbnailing" going on!

            Because this causes server load spikes is a waste of server CPU.
