Intra-rc regression - fatal error on deleting participant

            Description

            Getting a fatal error on participant delete because the ContactType has been added using the addField method - which fatals if the form action is not one of a specific set (excluding delete). This has hit us recently on another change - should it fail with an enotice rather than a fatal?
