Mailing summary breaks on mailing names with apostrophes

If you try to filter on a mailing with an apostrophe it doesn't show up. It looks like the mailing name is double-escaped.

It shouldn't be looking for the mailing name anyway, it should be filtering on ID. Let's use the same approach the other mailing reports use for consistency.
