Add a link to edit priceset from event or contribution pages

            Description

            There are handy links everywhere in CiviCRM configuration pages (fa-wrench icon) to open a link to the configuration related page.

            It could be good to have the same type of links on priceset. Otherwise, we have to do 2 extra steps and it could become difficult if there are a lot of priceset in the site.

            In the screenshot we see the wrench for Financial Type but not for Price Set (same for contribution page - Amount and Membership tabs).
