merge fails active relationships when inactive relationships are present

When merging 2 contacts, one of them having (one or more) active relationships and one of them only having only ended relationships the active relationships don't get migrated when the contact the relationships get migrated to is the one with only ended relationships.

This can be recreated on the sandbox by creating a contact with only ended relationships, create an other one with an active relationship. search for the two contacts and merge them. Make sure that the contact with only ended relationships is on the right side of the table and merge the contacts. The resulting contact will only have the ended relationship of the first contact, and not the active one of the second contact.
