            Description

            On a localized site, change the label of the contact type Individual in : /civicrm/admin/options/subtype?reset=1

            If you then try to add new dedupe rules on individual, you get empty list choices for fields : /civicrm/contact/deduperules?action=add&contact_type=Individual&reset=1
