Donation merges contacts when not logged in

When creating a donation from a private window, if the user enters the email address of an existing user but then enters a different name, then once the donation is complete, the name of the contact is updated to the entered value, rather than creating a duplicate contact, which is what we were hoping would happen.

Both profiles in the donation page had the "Allow duplicate contact to be created" options set.
