Editing website adds new one instead

When a website field is included in a profile, editing the value results in a new website record being created rather than updating the value. This appears to be a regression introduced by CRM-21575, which tried to make it possible to have more than one website record of the same type.

This is in contrast to the behavior of phone numbers, which also allow multiple instances of a phone type / location type combo (like "work phone").
