            Steps to replicate:
            1. Ensure that MySQL FULL_GROUP_BY_MODE is enabled
            2. Empty submit the criteria of 'Find Cases' 

            Result : Actual number of rows listed and the row count per page differs.
            Expected: Number of rows listed and the row count per page should be equal.
