Description
To reproduce :
- localize your CiviCRM to fr_CA
- create some contributions
- create a new accounting batch
- result => no transaction found (because the status of the batch is not open)
- when you go to /civicrm/financial/financialbatches?reset=1&batchStatus=0, you can see the batch but you have to reopen it before adding anything in it
