            Description

            The Drupal 8 CiviCRM integration does not handle timezones properly.

            The Drupal 7 version does this when initializing CiviCRM. See https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-drupal/blob/7.x-master/civicrm.module#L223. It seems as though this was omitted when porting the integration module to Drupal 8.
