Description
On a fresh install of 4.7.31-RC you cannot set the default FROM address on the Organizational Address Screen

This has been removed and you now need to update directly at
civicrm/admin/options/from_email_address?&reset=1
However the System Status Screen links to
/civicrm/admin/domain?action=update&reset=1
