Double-quotes in Custom Field Title Breaks Hierselect

            Description

            If a user includes double-quotes (and possibly single-quotes?) in a custom field label - the hierselect used to add Profile fields (civicrm/admin/uf/group/field?reset=1&action=add&gid=11) breaks. When you select the type of record (e.g. Individual) - the 2nd drop-down doesn't appear and you got Jscript errors in FFox console/Firebug.

            Example - Set this value as custom field label: "14 A?ustos Toplant?"
