Current Employer does not show up in listings for individual

When using current employer in search listings, the column does not populate for individuals. It is left blank, even though when editing the individuals record you can see that the current employer field is filled. See attached images for an example. The first image shows that there is a current employer, and the second image shows that the employer doesn't list for individuals, but only for organizations.

I was able to recreate this on the demo. I added a current employer to Ali Sabanc? and created a search profile called "current employer test". If you search with this profile, you will see that the employer I added in does not show up in the column.
