Organziation Memberships should attach to employer organization rather than individual

My org and many others need to be able to use CiviMember for organizational memberships. Currently, when you sign up for any kind of membership it will attach that membership to the individual. However, an organizational membership would make much more sense to get attached to the organization so that all employees who are attached via a relationship have the ability to reap the benefits if they come in the form of website access, etc.

So, when signing up for an organizational membership that membership should get connected to the Current Employer of whatever individual signs up for it (and pays for it). And perhaps a note or some other kind of tracking mechanism in CiviMember can be added that shows which individual of the org is the person who actually signed up the org.
