Search Builder - Including a Custom Field in the Search Builder Causes other Criteria to be Ignored

Based on user feedback and my own testing on the 1.8 code running on demo with sample (generated) data, if you include a custom field as one of the criteria in the Search Builder, other criteria are ignored.

To recreate...

Include contacts where:

• record type = Individual
• Last Name LIKE Gran%

... do the search - you'll get ~4 contacts

Now add "another seach field (in the same criteria set):

• record type = Individual
• Most Important Issue = edu

do the search and you'll get ~17 contacts (all the contacts with Most Important Issue = "Education", regardless of their Last Name).
